03 | COURSE DESCRIPTION.
+ Architectural drawings and speci昀椀cation manuals contain the
critical information needed to accurately estimate, specify, and
deliver demountable glass partition systems. This course provides
a practical guide to understanding how architects organize
construction documents, where to locate information related to
demountable partitions, and how to interpret drawings to identify
design intent, product requirements, and installation conditions.
+ Participants learn how to e昀케ciently navigate project manuals,
architectural drawing sets, 昀氀oor plans, elevations, section details,
door schedules, 昀椀nish schedules, and re昀氀ected ceiling plans while
gaining a better understanding of the architect's work昀氀ow and
decision-making process. The course also highlights common
speci昀椀cation pitfalls, coordination challenges, and opportunities to
provide value-engineered solutions.
